Work continues on the newest Friedrich development, Quarry Estates, in north Ames. With the favorable weather all fall, infrastructure work like putting in roads moved along at a steady pace. The photos above provide an inside look at how the development is coming along.

Friedrich Land Development is making progress on three new housing developments in and around Ames. The Indian Ridge development in Nevada, the Cameron Estates development in Northwest Ames and the Quarry Estates development just north of Ada Hayden Heritage Park in Ames all have lots available for purchase.
The Indian Hills development and the Cameron Estates development already have homes built. While infrastructure work is well underway, the Quarry Estates development won't see homes completed for a time.
